MONEYWISE is exclusively a self-directed personal finance management, expense logging, and informational calculation tool. MONEYWISE is NOT a bank, NOT a credit institution, NOT a lender, and NOT an investment execution platform or brokerage. MONEYWISE does not transfer funds, execute securities trades, or manage financial accounts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MONEYWISE Android application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
2. Informational & Educational Purpose Only
- No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice: All features, budget recommendations, automated tips from the "Money Coach", and financial calculations (including loan amortizations, compound interest, SIPs, mortgages, retirement projections, and tax brackets) are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing in the App constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
- Mathematical Approximations: Financial calculators employ standard mathematical formulas using figures entered by the user. Actual real-world figures may differ significantly due to specific bank compounding methods, loan processing fees, regional tax laws, inflation, and market volatility. Always consult a certified financial planner, accountant, or legal professional prior to entering into financial contracts.
3. User Input & Data Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data you input into the App (including income numbers, expense amounts, recurring bills, and budget limits).
- You are responsible for securing your mobile device and your login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Google Play Billing
- Optional Premium Upgrades: MONEYWISE offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features such as ad-free usage, unlimited budgets, and advanced calculators.
- Google Play Processing: All subscription billing is processed exclusively by Google Play under Google Play's Terms of Service.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time directly through your Google Play account (Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions). Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play standard refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, layout structures, icons, graphics, and documentation related to MONEYWISE are the intellectual property of [UV DIGITAL] and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL [UV DIGITAL] BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CALCULATORS.
7. Termination
You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by uninstalling the application and permanently deleting your account via Settings → Delete Account & Data.
